Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WB Study Abroad Consultants website, eligibility tool, application portal, counselling services and related study-abroad assistance.
By using the website, submitting information, uploading documents or instructing us to begin a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit documents or request a paid service.
1. About Our Services
WB Study Abroad Consultants provides information and support related to international education. Depending on the service selected, our assistance may include:
- Academic profile assessment
- Country and programme guidance
- University selection
- Admission application preparation
- Document review and organization
- Scholarship information
- Interview preparation
- Visa-file preparation guidance
- Pre-departure support
- IELTS counselling and classes
- Online and physical consultations
The exact scope of a paid service will be stated in the student’s quotation, invoice or written agreement.
2. General Information
Information published on the website is provided for general guidance. Admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, deadlines, visa procedures and immigration rules may change without notice.
We aim to keep the information accurate, but students should confirm important requirements before making a payment, submitting an application or arranging travel.
3. Eligibility Assessment
The website’s eligibility tool provides a preliminary assessment based on the information entered by the user.
A green-zone result does not guarantee admission, a scholarship or a visa. A red-zone result does not necessarily mean that every study option is unavailable. A complete assessment may require academic documents, language scores, financial information and manual review by our team.
The student remains responsible for entering correct and complete information.
4. Student Responsibilities
Students using our services must:
- Provide genuine, accurate and complete information
- Submit clear and valid documents
- Disclose previous refusals, study gaps and relevant application history
- Review forms before approving submission
- Respond within communicated deadlines
- Attend required interviews, tests and appointments
- Maintain a valid passport where required
- Provide financial evidence requested by the relevant institution or authority
- Inform us when personal, academic or contact information changes
- Read admission letters, invoices and official instructions carefully
We are not responsible for an outcome affected by information that was hidden, incorrect, incomplete or provided after the relevant deadline.
5. Document Authenticity
Students must not submit forged, altered, misleading or unlawfully obtained documents.
We may suspend or end assistance if we reasonably believe that a document or statement is false. Where appropriate, we may ask the student to provide an original document, verification record or written explanation.
The student is responsible for the authenticity of all information submitted in their name, even where another person provided the document on their behalf.
6. Document Review and Submission
Uploading documents through the application portal authorizes us to review them for the requested assessment. It does not automatically authorize submission to a university, embassy, visa centre or another organization.
Before an external application is submitted, the student may be asked to:
- Confirm the selected institution and programme
- Review the application information
- Approve the required documents
- Accept a service agreement
- Pay applicable consultancy or third-party fees
- Provide any additional consent required for submission
Once an application has been submitted, changes or withdrawal may depend on the rules of the receiving institution.
7. Service Agreements
A general enquiry or free assessment does not create a complete paid-service arrangement.
A paid service begins when the agreed conditions are met, which may include acceptance of a written agreement, payment of the stated fee and delivery of the required documents.
The service agreement may define:
- Work included in the selected package
- Student and consultancy responsibilities
- Service fees
- Payment schedule
- Refund conditions
- Expected application stages
- Third-party charges
- Reasons for suspension or termination
If a service-specific agreement differs from these website terms, the signed agreement will control that service-specific matter.
8. Electronic Communication and Approval
We may communicate through email, telephone, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet or other agreed channels.
A student may provide instructions or approval electronically. Important decisions, payment terms and application submissions may require written confirmation.
Students should review messages sent from our official contact channels and report any suspicious payment request or impersonation attempt.
Electronic communication can be affected by internet failure, spam filtering, incorrect contact details or platform outages. Students should contact us if an expected message is not received.
9. Fees and Payments
Consultancy fees will be communicated before a paid service begins. Students should request a receipt or written confirmation for each payment.
Payments should only be made through a method confirmed by WB Study Abroad Consultants. We are not responsible for payments made to an unauthorized person, account or social-media profile.
Unless stated otherwise, consultancy fees do not include:
- University application fees
- Tuition deposits
- Embassy or visa fees
- Visa-application-centre charges
- Medical examination fees
- Language-test fees
- Translation or attestation costs
- Courier charges
- Travel, accommodation or insurance expenses
- Bank charges and exchange-rate differences
Third-party fees may change and are controlled by the organization receiving the payment.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
A student who wishes to cancel a paid service should submit a written request explaining which service is being cancelled.
Any refund will be determined according to:
- The signed service agreement
- The amount paid
- Work already completed
- Applications already prepared or submitted
- Costs already paid to another organization
- Resources committed to the student’s case
- Applicable legal requirements
Consultancy fees relating to work already completed may not be refundable to the extent permitted by law. Fees paid to universities, embassies, visa centres, testing organizations, couriers or other external providers remain subject to their own refund rules.
Admission or visa refusal does not automatically create a right to a refund where the agreed consultancy work was properly completed.
If we end a service before completing the agreed work for a reason attributable to us, any unused portion of the consultancy fee will be reviewed fairly after deducting completed work and non-recoverable third-party costs.
Refund requests should not be based on verbal statements alone. The written agreement and payment record will be used to review the request.
11. Admission, Scholarship and Visa Decisions
Universities decide whether to offer admission. Scholarship providers decide whether to award funding. Embassies and immigration authorities decide whether to issue a visa.
WB Study Abroad Consultants cannot control or guarantee these decisions.
We also cannot guarantee:
- A particular processing time
- Availability of an appointment
- Acceptance into a specific intake
- A particular scholarship amount
- Approval of financial evidence
- Visa issuance
- Entry at a destination border
- Employment or permanent residence after study
Our role is limited to the guidance and support defined in the selected service.
12. Deadlines and Processing Times
Students should provide documents early enough for review and submission.
We are not responsible for missed opportunities caused by:
- Late delivery of documents
- Incomplete information
- Delayed student approval
- Late payment of required fees
- University portal closure
- Appointment unavailability
- Website or system failure outside our control
- Unexpected policy changes
- Delays by universities, embassies or other organizations
Any timeline communicated by our team is an estimate unless an official institution has confirmed it in writing.
13. Third-Party Services and Websites
Our services may involve websites and systems operated by universities, governments, visa centres, testing organizations, payment providers or other external parties.
Those organizations operate under their own terms, privacy practices, fees and decision-making procedures. We are not responsible for their website availability, internal processing, policy changes or final decisions.
A link on our website does not mean that we control or guarantee the external service.
14. Website Use
You may use the website for lawful personal and educational purposes.
You must not:
- Attempt to access another student’s information
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Interfere with website operation
- Submit false enquiries
- Test the website for unauthorized access
- Copy substantial website content for commercial use
- Impersonate a student, team member or organization
- Use automated systems to overload forms or servers
- Submit material that violates another person’s rights
We may restrict website access or reject a submission where misuse, fraud or a security threat is suspected.
15. Intellectual Property
The website’s original text, branding, graphics, layouts, eligibility-tool structure and other original materials belong to WB Study Abroad Consultants or are used with appropriate permission.
You may view and print information for personal use. You may not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit substantial website content without written permission.
University names, logos and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Testimonials and Success Stories
Student reviews and success stories describe individual experiences. They do not promise that another student will receive the same admission, scholarship, visa or travel outcome.
Reviews should be published only with the student’s permission. We may correct grammar or shorten a review without changing its meaning.
Submitting a review does not transfer ownership of a student’s photograph or personal story beyond the permission granted.
17. Privacy
Personal information and uploaded documents are handled according to our Privacy & Data Protection Policy.
Students should read that policy before using the eligibility tool or application portal. Additional consent may be requested before documents are shared with an external institution or authority.
18. Applicants Under 18
A student under 18 should use paid services with the knowledge and approval of a parent or legal guardian.
We may require a parent or guardian to review the agreement, provide consent or communicate with our team before an application is submitted.
19. Suspension or Termination of Service
We may suspend or end a service where:
- False or altered documents are provided
- Required fees remain unpaid
- The student repeatedly fails to provide necessary information
- The student requests an unlawful or misleading action
- A team member is threatened or abused
- Continuing the service could harm the student, the consultancy or another party
- A third-party rule makes the requested service unavailable
- The student materially violates the agreement
Where practical, we will explain the reason and identify any remaining steps, documents or financial matters.
20. Limitation of Responsibility
We are responsible for carrying out the consultancy work agreed with the student using reasonable care.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made independently by universities, scholarship providers, embassies, immigration authorities, airlines, employers or other third parties.
Where liability can lawfully be limited, responsibility for a direct claim connected with a paid service will not exceed the consultancy fee paid for the affected service.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility arising from fraud or deliberate misconduct.
21. Events Outside Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or inability to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including:
- Government restrictions
- Changes in immigration or education policy
- Natural disasters
- War or civil disturbance
- Strikes
- Public-health emergencies
- Internet or electricity failure
- Cyberattacks
- Closure of an institution or application portal
- Embassy or visa-centre suspension
- Transport disruption
We will take reasonable steps to inform affected students and continue the service when possible.
22. Complaints
A student who has a concern should contact us with:
- Full name
- Contact number
- Relevant application or agreement reference
- Clear description of the issue
- Supporting messages, receipts or documents
Use “Formal Complaint” as the email subject. We will review the available records and respond within a reasonable period.
Where appropriate, the issue may be discussed through an online meeting or at our Burewala office.
23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through written communication and good-faith discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Punjab, Pakistan.
Nothing in this section removes any legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our services, website features or applicable requirements change.
The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Terms already included in a signed service agreement will remain subject to that agreement unless both parties accept a change or the law requires one.
